Q: Are all of your products authentic? 

A: Absolutely. Every piece we sell is GUARANTEED 100% AUTHENTIC. We stand by all of our merchandise and would never sell anything counterfeit. We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth, so just know you are in good hands.

Q: How soon will I receive my order? 

A: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders usually take 3-10 business days to process, package, and be shipped out. Though we try our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates/times. Bear in mind that USPS plays a major role in the delivery speed process. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and dropped off. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. An additional $50.00 will be added to your cart's total if you are located outside of the United States. Please note that all international customers are responsible for taxes, customs, and duties. 

Q: Can I return my item?

A: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final. However, please do not be discouraged to purchase. To ensure customer satisfaction, we are always here to help you pick out your items. We can assist by providing any information related to sizing, fitting, finding similar products, etc.

Q: What is the concierge service that you guys offer?

A: We offer an exclusive concierge service dedicated to finding you any product we don't have on the site. For any inquiries, please email us at contact@shop-margaux.com. Please include size, color, year, maximum price you're willing to pay, PayPal email, and any other important details when submitting your request. Our team will review your request and contact you within 1-2 business days. If approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address. Once paid, we will fulfill your request and get the product sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

A: Though it's very rare for us to cancel an order, we still reserve the right to do so for any order. If an order is cancelled, it's most likely because our system suspected fraud or suspicious activity. If you experience an issue involving the cancellation of an order and have any questions, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Q: What are your terms and conditions?

A: -A tracking number will be provided, therefore any claim of un-received item or lost merchandise shall be resolved with PayPal. 

-Any unauthorized chargebacks for our items are fraudulent and will be resolved through PayPal's dispute center in fairness to both buyer and seller. 

-Upon payment through website, the buyer acknowledges that "charge-backs" or "unauthorized purchases/transactions" initiated via their bank and/or creditor should be recognized by PayPal as an attempt to fraudulently keep the merchandise of the seller while receiving reimbursement.
